ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILMENT
Some Country Comfort Clothing products are held and dispatched directly by us, while selected garments are printed to order by our Australian print and fulfilment partners.
Because of this, processing and production times may vary between products. Please allow additional time for made-to-order items to be printed and prepared before dispatch.
If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Where applicable, tracking information will be provided as each parcel is dispatched.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Standard Shipping - $11.00 AUD, Estimated transit time after dispatch: 5-8 business days
Express Shipping - $15.00 AUD, Estimated transit time after dispatch: 1-2 business days
Free Standard Shipping is available on Australian orders of $150 AUD or more
Please note that shipping estimates begin after your order has been produced, processed and dispatched. Express Shipping speeds up the delivery portion of your order but does not necessarily speed up production of made-to-order products.
We offer Australia-wide delivery for our Country Comfort Clothing range.
Clothing & Printed Apparel
- Standard Shipping: $11.00 AUD
- Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD
- FREE Standard Shipping on eligible Australian orders of $150 AUD or more.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard: 5-8 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
Country Comfort Signature Trucker Caps
Our Signature Trucker Caps are carefully packed and shipped directly by us.
- Standard Shipping: $14.95 AUD
- Express Shipping: $18.95 AUD
Trucker caps are excluded from our free standard shipping offer. Their delivery charge applies separately, including when your total order exceeds $150 AUD.
Estimate delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard: 5-8 business days
- Express: 3-5 business days
Orders Containing Multiple Products
Some products are dispatched directly by Country Comfort Clothing, while others are made to order and shipped by our Australian production partners.
If your order contains products from different fulfilment locations, your items may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping charges are calculated for each shipment and displayed at checkout before payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Express Shipping speeds up delivery but does not necessarily shorten the production time of made-to-order products.
TRACKING
Tracking will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Once an order has been dispatched, carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability and rates may vary by destination. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their destination country.
